TTI Group (Tipton) operates a range of processes through sealed quench furnaces. There are a number of different furnace sizes and types available to carry out standard and bespoke surface treatment and through hardening treatment cycles. Furnace selection depends on load size and the type of quench required; the choice of quench allow a range of different cooling rates to be achieved. The largest furnace of the 8 currently on site is an Ipsen T17 which is capable of processing loads up to 1000 Kg in weight with dimensions of 900 x 900 x 1200 mm.
